- Browser storage: To preserve your demo session, we store a session identifier and related demo data in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted unless you actively resume a session.
- Usage data: We may collect standard web analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and referring URL. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

4. SMS and Voice Communications
By checking the consent box on our demo form, you agree to receive SMS messages and/or phone calls from BookedFirst related to your demo and our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.
If you also opt in to marketing communications, you may receive follow-up messages about our services and offers. This consent is separate from demo-related communications and can be withdrawn independently.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party platforms to operate our website and services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
- GoHighLevel (GHL): Our CRM platform. Contact form submissions, demo intake data, and customer records are stored and managed in GoHighLevel. GoHighLevel also handles calendar scheduling and checkout processing.
- n8n: Our workflow automation platform processes demo requests, routes chat messages, and orchestrates AI responses. Your business information is passed through n8n workflows running on our secure private network to build your custom demo.
- Third-party AI model providers: The AI assistants in our demo and our client deployments are powered by third-party large language models. Your business information and demo conversation content may be processed by these models to generate responses.
- Retell AI: Our voice demo feature uses Retell AI to enable in-browser voice calls and outbound phone calls. Voice call data, including audio, may be processed by Retell AI in order to provide the voice assistant experience.
- Google Places API: We use the Google Places Autocomplete API to help you find and identify your business. When you search for your business name, your input is sent to Google to return matching results. Google's Privacy Policy applies to this data.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only with the service providers listed above, and only as necessary to operate our website and deliver our services. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. Data Retention
We retain your contact and demo information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Demo session data stored in your browser expires after 30 days. If you would like your information removed from our systems, please contact us and we will honor your request within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
Our website may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics. We use your browser's local storage to preserve your AI demo session between visits. You can clear local storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset any active demo session.
